Service Rates begin upon technician arrival on site

Travel Rates are calculated from HQ, any travel exceeding 100 miles round trip will incur return trip billed with half of rate applied in hour increments

Both Service & Travel are billed with one hour minimum, excluding 30 miles flat rate, and 15 minute increments thereafter (i.e. 20 minutes will be rounded to 30 minutes)

Service Request expenses are billed to the customer at time of service rounded to the nearest dollar (i.e. parking fees, tolls, ferry cost, and expedited parts shipping)

All service requests require a card on file prior to dispatch, a secured payment agreement will be sent. Net Terms payment policies are eligible to customers on a separate agreement.

Due to the nature of our schedule, we uphold a 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy with all service requests.

Any damage from outside sources or equipment neglect is not liable to Coffee Medics. We are only liable for the service performed by our team.
Delivery and Installation
The Seller will deliver the equipment to the Customer's address. Installation services will be performed on a mutually agreed-upon date.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
Coffee Medics upholds a 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy with all service requests. Any cancellation or rescheduling that occurs within 24 hours will result in a $120/cancellation fee or $60/rescheduling fee as Coffee Medics’ technicians are already out in the field for the day’s schedule. Additionally, if Coffee Medics’ technician(s) arrives at the agreed upon date + time and cannot retrieve access to the location due to the point of contact not being present or any other reason not at fault to Coffee Medics, this will fall under the cancellation fee.
